Scott County sheriff announces resignation to pursue house seat

Louisville tow truck driver escapes death after stopping alleged robbery
SUMMARY: Chris Skaggs, an employee at Suburban Towing, narrowly escaped death after being run over by a pickup truck while confronting a suspected thief.
