SUMMARY: Hurricane Francine is currently being tracked, with 90 mph winds and gusts up to 115 mph as it moves northeast. Warnings are in place for several counties, with tropical storm watches extending to others. The storm is expected to bring deteriorating conditions tonight into Thursday morning, including wind gusts of up to 60 mph and 2-6 inches of rain, along with a low to medium tornado threat. After the storm passes, conditions are expected to improve significantly by Thursday afternoon. Residents should prepare for potential power outages and have emergency supplies ready. Forthcoming days will bring beautiful weather post-storm.

Perry County School District sees rank bump up a grade
