Law enforcement urges people to be more cautious around school buses
SUMMARY: Ashley Waddell from Caledonia, Mississippi, faces upgraded charges of DUI-Child Endangerment after allegedly colliding with a school bus carrying children. In addition to this charge, she is also charged with resisting arrest, refusal to take a test, lacking insurance, and leaving the accident scene. Witnesses reported that Waddell removed a child from her car and fled the scene; she was later arrested with a child present. On the same day, another Lowndes County school bus was involved in a sideswipe incident, but thankfully there were no injuries reported in either accident.
