SUMMARY: The weather forecast for the upcoming days predicts mild temperatures with some rain. Today will be sunny and cool with highs around 62°F and a low near 35°F. Thankfully, Walker is now feeling well and embracing life again.

SUMMARY: Local shoppers in Tupelo are hopeful for a Target store after years of anticipation. Target filed plans in September for a store in the Barnes Crossing area near North Gloster Street and Interstate 22. The Tupelo City Council recently approved an agreement to incentivize the retailer, including infrastructure improvements to alleviate traffic. While some community members express excitement about the shopping options, Target has not confirmed its plans for Tupelo, as its future store openings do not currently include the city. Despite recent mixed earnings reports, company officials remain optimistic about their long-term prospects.
