Lamar County deputy honored for saving two lives

Both individuals have since recovered. Estes expressed gratitude for the recognition of first responders and emphasized the importance of highlighting their positive actions. Estes’ bravery and quick thinking have been commended by the Lamar County Sheriff’s Department and the Board of Supervisors.

Tupelo waiting on Target to make decision on new store
