Heat taking hold, how hot we get, how long it lasts, and a focus on the tropics forecast
SUMMARY: Today‘s weather forecast includes a few showers, mainly around the lake, with a possibility of more rain tomorrow. However, the overall rain chances are expected to decline as heat takes over. A high-pressure system is moving in, bringing drier air. Patchy fog may persist in the mornings, but temperatures will remain hot, around 92ยฐF. The focus shifts to potential tropical activity, with a 30% chance of development in the western Caribbean over the next week. Man struck by truck, killed on Northwest Side, SAPD says
SUMMARY: One person has died after being struck by a vehicle on Heave near Babcock on the northwest side of San Antonio. NELA Children's Museum announces its second $100,000 donation towards new museum
