This price is approximately 8% lower than the national average of $3.073. Bell County has the lowest average at $2.519, while Menifee County has the highest at $3.309. Kentucky’s fuel prices are generally lower than neighboring states, except for Tennessee’s $2.697. However, Kentucky ranks as the seventh most expensive state for electric vehicle charging, averaging 41.8 cents per kilowatt-hour.
