City office closures announced because of winter weather

SUMMARY: Cities along the Coast are closing non-emergency offices due to winter weather. In Bay St. Louis, Biloxi, and several other cities, offices will be closed Tuesday and will reopen at varying times on Wednesday. City Council meetings are being rescheduled, with most now set for Thursday. Specifically, Diamondhead, Moss Point, and Waveland have closures extending to Wednesday, with meetings also moved to Thursday at 6 p.m. or later.
