Keesler Air Force Base working to expand cybersecurity program
SUMMARY: Keesler Air Force Base is expanding its cybersecurity program with the construction of the Mississippi Cyber Center in partnership with Mississippi State University. The base also hosts the 403rd Wing, known for its hurricane and atmospheric missions. Keesler’s importance to South Mississippi and the nation is highlighted by its impact on both defense and local partnerships. Plans for a new air traffic control tower are underway.

Happening March 29: Vietnam Veterans Day at Mississippi Aviation Heritage Museum
