The Jackson Prep Patriots are back in the 6A M-A-I-S baseball finals, facing off against Presbyterian Christian School in game one. The game was a pitchers’ duel until late, with PCS taking a 2-1 lead in the 7th inning. However, Prep tied it up and then scored the winning run on a wild pitch in a dramatic walk-off fashion. Jackson Prep emerged victorious in game one of the finals, setting the stage for an exciting championship series.

Jackson Democratic mayoral primary heads to runoff
