SUMMARY: In Cherokee County, a man’s death has been ruled a murder more than a week after his body was found. Initially, authorities deemed the death of 58-year-old Timothy Anthony non-suspicious. However, further investigation revealed he may have been shot. An autopsy confirmed the murder, leading to the arrest of 65-year-old Bruce Adams, who has been charged with the crime. The case is now under active investigation by law enforcement.
