Ineffective accounting, record noncompliance, theft found at LSU-Shreveport | Louisiana

Persistent issues from prior audits were noted, such as an unexplained $167,800 discrepancy between bank and accounting records. Additionally, 8% of payroll records were not certified on time, with delays averaging 64 days. Dense fog will require weather impact days
SUMMARY: WDSU’s weather forecast highlights an anticipated impact day due to potential fog, particularly around the Lakefront, with visibility expected to decline late tonight and worsen by Wednesday morning. Rain showers are affecting areas like Franklin and Baton Rouge, while temperatures range from the 60s to nearly 80 degrees. A cold front is expected to further reduce humidity, alleviating fog issues in the days following. Christmas weather forecasts differ, with the U.S. model suggesting minimal holiday rain, while European forecasts indicate possible showers. Overall, mild conditions will prevail until the arrival of cooler air later in the week.
Meteorologist Devon Lucie identifies when and where fog is likeliest to be the worst over the next two days and has initiated weather impact days, then lets you know how warm each day will be, what’s in store for rain chances, and tracks a cold front that will scour out all the fog showing you what it will bring in the way of rain chances and cooler air, then shows you how much colder it gets over the weekend, and then has a longer range forecast with a look at Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, then finishes with your complete seven day forecast.
