SUMMARY: In-N-Out Burger plans to expand its presence, opening five new locations in California, Idaho, and Utah by 2025, while continuing to look into new sites in New Mexico, Washington, and Tennessee for future years. The chain maintains a slow growth strategy due to its commitment to quality, limiting store locations to areas close to its patty-making facilities. Starting Wednesday, teams will work 12-hour shifts over two days, covering 1,800 miles. The city of Knoxville will prioritize major routes before moving to smaller ones. Residents are advised to drive carefully, especially in areas where water may be standing on the roads.
