Body cam footage shows man begging officers for help shortly before in-custody death
SUMMARY: Body camera footage from the Forest City Police Department in Arkansas reveals the distressing final moments of Perry EES Jr., who died at St. Francis County Jail in May 2023. In the video, EES pleads for medical help, expressing fear for his life, while officers appear indifferent, focusing on their inconvenience rather than his suffering.
