SUMMARY: The U.S. House of Representatives passed the Seniors’ Access to Critical Medications Act of 2024, sponsored by Rep. Diana Harshbarger from Tennessee. This legislation restores mail delivery of prescribed drugs for Medicare beneficiaries, addressing obstacles that arose after COVID-19 modifications to the Stark Law, which restricted mail delivery and caregiver pickup of prescriptions.
