HURRICANE FRANCINE: What to Expect in the Next Few Hours

The hurricane’s core will approach St. Mary and Terrebonne Parishes, making landfall between 6:00 and 7:00 PM. Lawmakers approve emergency election plan in Iberville Parish | Louisiana
