www.youtube.com – KHOU 11 – 2024-09-16 20:29:34

According to experts from FEMA, the US Geological Survey, and Harris County Flood Control District, this means a homeowner has a 26% chance of experiencing flooding in a 30-year mortgage period. Given the unpredictability of floods and the multiple watersheds in the area, should not become complacent and are urged to obtain flood insurance to protect against potential flooding at any time.
