Although it may be difficult to limit screen time due to the prevalence of technology, Watson recommends taking frequent breaks from screens and getting outdoor exercise. The use of technology in classrooms is also contributing to increased screen time. It is recommended to see a primary care doctor if you notice changes in your child’s behavior due to excessive screen time.
