SUMMARY: In San Antonio, new video has emerged from a January shootout that injured seven police officers at the Stone Oak Apartments. The incident began when officers were dispatched after a 911 call reported a suspect threatening officers with firearms. Upon arrival, one officer was shot, and the situation escalated as the suspect, 46-year-old Brandon Palos, fired at officers and a police helicopter. Despite attempts for peaceful resolution, SWAT officers engaged, and Palos later took his own life. Fortunately, all injured officers have been released from the hospital and are expected to recover. The investigation is still ongoing.

The San Antonio Police Department has released body camera footage of the Jan. 22 shooting that injured seven of its officers.
