Former Madison County detention employee charged with animal cruelty
SUMMARY: A former detention employee in Madison County, Wesley Kiser, was arrested for animal cruelty after deputies discovered 45 malnourished dogs and four horses at his residence. A night of fright in Lowndes County keeps Christmas bright
