However, George County responded with two runs in the bottom half to tie the game. In the sixth inning, Jacob Eubanks hit a deep shot to center, allowing Brody Chy to score and give the Rebels a 3-2 lead. The Rebels held on to win, moving one victory away from the 6A title.
