SUMMARY: A chase involving Bear County deputies and San Antonio police resulted in a suspect, a 43-year-old gang member, being shot and killed after he allegedly rammed police vehicles. The pursuit was initiated after the police attempted to pull over his vehicle. After the suspect attempted to escape, a deputy fired at least five times, killing him. A female passenger was injured but survived. Additionally, 19 suspected members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua were arrested in a separate incident at an apartment complex after over 1,500 police calls related to crime in the area over the past year.
