Happening November 26: “Seniors Got Talent” showcase in Harrison County
SUMMARY: The inaugural “Seniors Got Talent” event will take place the Tuesday before Thanksgiving at the BXY Civic Center. It’s a talent show for seniors (60 and older), featuring karaoke, line dancing, and performances by singers, dancers, comedians, and magicians. The event is a partnership between local organizations and aims to provide entertainment for seniors, with a Thanksgiving lunch served. Prizes will be awarded to the top three performers, with judging similar to “American Idol.” The event runs from 9 AM to 1 PM, with doors opening at 8 AM.
