Happening July 4: City of Ocean Springs hosting Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks
SUMMARY: Ocean Springs is hosting a major Independence Day celebration on July 3rd at Fort Maury Park on Front Beach, starting at 6 PM. Raven Floyd, the city's public relations officer, highlights that the event will feature a music tribute by UNF Band, arts and crafts vendors, food trucks, and fireworks over the water at around 9 PM. The fireworks display is particularly iconic, offering reflections on the water with the Ocean Springs BXI bridge in the background. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and coolers. Parking is available along Front Beach, side streets, and the harbor.
A big Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks are set for later this week in Ocean Springs.
