Granddaughter of Medgar and Myrlie Evers reported missing
SUMMARY: Nichole Evers-Everette, granddaughter of civil rights leaders Medgar and Myrlie Evers, has been reported missing from her Duluth, Georgia, home since September 22, 2024. Last in contact with her mother, Reena, at 5:55 p.m. EDT that day, Nichole has not reported to work and does not have her cell phone or personal belongings. Her vehicle was last seen on Keys Ferry Road in McDonough, Georgia. Reena expressed growing concern due to Nichole’s medical condition requiring medication. The family is working with law enforcement, urging anyone with information to contact the Gwinnett County Police Department.
