Goon Squad still to be sentenced on state charges

The Sheriff’s Department has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, and the case is awaiting a judge’s ruling. Despite their federal sentences, the former officers are expected to be on the level next month. Sheriff Brian Bailey has not yet commented on the situation.

Remains found in Marion County believed to be man missing since August 2023
