Winds have calmed down, but gusts are still 10 mph in some areas. High pressure is keeping the weather dry and cool, with daytime highs expected in the upper 60s. A dry and cool airmass has sketched across the ArkLaMiss overnight which did result in some gusty winds. Winds are still a tad breezy this morning but will calm down later tonight. Quite chilly conditions are expected as we fall to the lower 40’s and upper 30’s tonight. We will get a nice taste of fall as we close this week. Forecast looks to stay dry looking more long term into next week, and temperatures could warm back up above average into the 80’s.
