Contractor working alongside Sewerage and Water Board on billing disputes
SUMMARY: The Sewage and Water Board is making strides in resolving billing disputes, collaborating with contractor HGI to tackle a backlog of contested accounts. Customers can now easily dispute bills by contacting HGI via email or phone, with staff available at the Eastbank Customer Service Center for in-person assistance.
