What’s Happening: Wellness chat, food giveaway in Tupelo, pet microchip event in Saltillo
SUMMARY: This weekend in Tupelo, several events are happening. Emmy-winning actress Cheryl Lee Ralph will be at the 7th Street Event Center in Columbus for a wellness event, including a VIP tea at 1:00 p.m. and a fireside chat at 3:00 p.m. In Tupelo, Harrisburg Baptist Church will host a Spring Break Food Bank food giveaway at 10:00 a.m., with one box per ID or two per car. Additionally, a dog microchipping event will take place in Saltillo from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., hosted by the Saltillo Main Street Association, with a $15 fee per dog.

Tomorrow will see some sunshine but cooler temps. By Friday, expect warmer mid-70s with sunshine before rain returns on Saturday, cooling off temperatures for Sunday. Remember, daylight saving time begins this Sunday, so we lose an hour of sleep.
