Golden Triangle Regional Airport to host TSA Precheck enrollment
SUMMARY: The Golden Triangle Regional Airport in Mississippi is hosting TSA PreCheck enrollment from July 15 to 19. The enrollment center, located on the second floor of the Passenger Terminal, will accept appointments from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Enrolling takes about 10 minutes, and applicants must be fingerprinted and undergo a background check. For a $78 fee, travelers can avoid removing shoes, laptops, belts, and jackets at security for five years. Applicants will receive a Known Traveler Number within 30 days.
