Gas prices slightly down nationally as Mississippi has lowest cost in U.S.

SUMMARY: Gas prices have declined slightly across the U.S., with Mississippi offering the lowest costs for unleaded fuel. The latest Lundberg Survey reveals that regular-grade gasoline prices fell by 5.15 cents over the past two weeks and 7.18 cents over the past four weeks, resulting in a national average of $3.70 per gallon. Despite an increase in crude oil prices, reduced gasoline demand contributes to the price drop. California has the highest prices at $5.22 per gallon, while Mississippi is the cheapest at $3.06. Gas prices remain higher than last year, when the national average was $3.63 in May.

Bricen Rivers pleads not guilty to murder of ex-girlfriend Lauren Johansen
