Four-star general tours warships under construction at Ingalls Shipyard

‘The Wall that Heals’ monument honoring Vietnam veterans coming to D’Iberville
SUMMARY: A monument honoring Vietnam veterans, dubbed “The Wall That Heals,” will arrive in D’Iberville next week.
