Former Saltillo District Attorney appointed to MS Court of Appeals
SUMMARY: Former District Attorney John Weddle has been appointed to the Mississippi Court of Appeals by Governor Tate Reeves. Weddle previously served as the District Attorney for the First Circuit Court Judicial District and worked as a Public Defender and Municipal Court Judge in Lee County and Tupelo. He holds a degree from Mississippi State and studied law at the University of Mississippi School of Law. Weddle’s term starts on October 14, 2023.
