Former DHS worker accused of kidnapping child

On January 30, she visited a mother, presenting fake emergency custody documents and claiming police would intervene if the mother denied her access to the child. Believing the documents were legitimate, the mother allowed Facean to take her daughter, who was supposed to be cared for by a relative. Instead, Facean kept the child in an apartment for three days. Facean, who was in training at DHS and lacked authorization for such actions, has been arrested and faces charges including kidnapping.

Man shot and killed by police in south Guthrie

Former DHS worker charged with kidnapping says ‘another personality’ caused her to take the child
