Former Alabama head coach Nick Saban set to join ESPN, College GameDay

SUMMARY: Nick Saban, retired of Alabama head coach, will join ESPN as an analyst on College GameDay. He will also contribute to ESPN’s NFL Draft coverage and SEC Days appearances. ESPN Chairman Jimmy Pitaro said that Saban’s addition will bring credibility, authority, and entertainment to the network. Saban’s coaching track record includes seven national championships, a 292-71-1 record as a head coach, and no losing seasons over 28 years. Saban has previously coached at LSU, Michigan , Toledo, and the NFL’s Miami Dolphins. Saban expressed his honor to join College GameDay and looks forward to contributing his insights and perspectives to the show. His first assignment will be announced soon.
