SUMMARY: A three-year-old boy, Ezekiel Russell, tragically died following a crash in Laurel County at the intersection of Kentucky 192 and Bogs Road. The incident occurred when the driver of an SUV failed to yield the right of way, colliding with a dump truck and sending both vehicles into a creek.
