Tax relief for those impacted by recent hurricanes

Two named storms in the Atlantic do not seem to pose a risk to Florida

SUMMARY: Meteorologist Jason Adams provided a tropical , discussing Hurricane Oscar, which rapidly intensified to a category 1 hurricane with 85 mph winds, impacting the Turks and Caicos. Oscar is expected to turn northeast and stay off the Atlantic coast.
