Federal Judge dismisses restraining orders, other motions in HB 1020 lawsuit

Legal analyst Matt Steffey explained that the federal lawsuit was brought up to speed with the state court ruling, which voided the appointments. While an appeal on Judge Wingate’s decision is possible, Steffey doubts it would be successful.
