It’s almost Jackson’s lucky day: Hal’s St. Paddy’s Parade & Festival returns for 42nd year

SUMMARY: The 42nd annual Hal’s St. Paddy’s Parade & Festival will take place in downtown Jackson on March 22, drawing an estimated 70,000 attendees.
