Apalachee shooter's mom called school before shooting: Washington Post says | FOX 5 News

Greene County to honor life of firefighter killed in action on Sunday
SUMMARY: Green County fire rescue battalion chief Chris Eddie will be laid to rest today after losing his life in an explosion while battling a tractor trailer fire on State Route 15 north of Greensboro. A visitation is scheduled for noon at the Morgan County High School gym in Madison, followed by his funeral service.
The Greene County Board of Commissioners announced that Battalion Chief Chris Eddy died on Wednesday, Sept. 4.
