SUMMARY: A woman recounted her traumatic experience with a fraudulent dentist, Angelica Vivas, who operated without a license. Seeking treatment for a dental issue, the patient paid $1,100 for a botched root canal and tooth extraction, leading to severe pain and further complications. After learning Vivas was unlicensed, she sought help from a qualified dentist, who revealed broken bones and remnants of the root left in her mouth. After surgery to correct the damage, the victim emphasized the importance of ensuring dental practitioners are legitimate, especially when prices seem too good to be true.
