The event allowed community members to interact with decision-makers and express concerns about the project, including easement payments and structure designs. TVA is currently gathering input, with a preferred route decision expected in Spring 2025 and an anticipated service start date in 2028.

TVA held an open house at the Civic in West Point to hear the community’s thoughts and concerns about their proposed transmission system improvements project.
