Eupora Police investigating reports of possible child abuse at daycare
SUMMARY: In Upur, police are investigating possible child abuse at a local daycare after alarming videos surfaced on social media. Parents filed police reports this week. WTV's Chris NS is live with the latest, but the daycare hasn't been identified as no charges have been made. The footage shows a woman, presumably a daycare worker, placing her foot on a child and forcibly holding another against a window. Witness Tanya Gaisin recorded the incidents, expressing shock and concern. Despite alerting the daycare, one worker was seen still on duty. Multiple parents have reported the incidents to Upur police, who are continuing the investigation.

2 people in custody after apartment shooting
SUMMARY: A front will pass tomorrow, but in developing news, there was a shooting this afternoon at the Park at Inverness apartment complex. Jackson Police reported that around 1 PM, multiple suspects were involved in a shootout, damaging cars and buildings. Two people of interest have since been taken into custody.

Tenth annual “AD 47 Leadership Academy” a success
