Man shot, killed outside Taco Cabana on Northeast Side, SAPD says

Suspect killed during SWAT standoff in Marrero, Louisiana.
SUMMARY: In Jefferson Parish, deputies responded to a Morero home around 6:30 AM to assist U.S. Marshals in arresting a suspect wanted for second-degree battery, home invasion, and theft.
