SUMMARY: Four juveniles have been arrested for carjacking a man in downtown St. Louis around midnight. Two suspects, armed with a rifle, stole the man’s Cadillac on North 20th Street. Approximately an hour later, police located the stolen vehicle on Riverview near West Florissant, leading to a chase. Officers deployed spike strips to halt the car, resulting in the capture of three 16-year-old boys and an 11-year-old boy after a brief foot pursuit. Investigators are seeking additional information, and there may be eligibility for a reward in connection with the incident.

Three teenagers and a preteen were arrested overnight for allegedly carjacking a food delivery driver.
