Started by Trey Watts and his father Kenneth, the brewery began as a small gift that turned into a lifelong partnership. Their first beer, Willis, a golden ale, has been popular and is now available in 16 oz cans. With the support of Magnolia Beverage Company, Kudzu has grown over the years despite interruptions like the pandemic. The company’s newest beer, 1870, will be released soon, showing a promising future for the local brewery in Meridian.

Old Kudzu will release its newest beer, 1870, on November 16th during the Merry Night Market at the Max.
