Dramatic day for shooting trial
SUMMARY: During the trial of Jordan Cummins, accused of killing two individuals near the 2023 St. Paddy's Day parade route by firing randomly into the crowd, the judge barred Cummins' mother from the courthouse after she was caught discussing witness testimonies on a call. Cummins and his girlfriend, Jenny Lukens, were involved in a physical altercation seen in newly released videos. Witnesses approached to intervene, leading Cummins to shoot, killing Joshua Spann and Auden Jubilee Simpkins. The trial risks a mistrial after the media mistakenly captured an image of the jury, complicating proceedings.
Jordan Cummins is on trial for a shooting that killed two people along the route of the 2023 Hal's St. Paddy's Parade.
