The Task Force officer shot the detainee involved in the altercation. Both the DEA agent and the detainee were taken to a local hospital, with no updates on their conditions. West Pine Street, initially closed, has reopened and traffic is flowing normally.

Heat being blamed for crack in Booneville road

Clinton hosts July 4th Red, White & Blue Fest
