SUMMARY: Fox News and the Associated Press have declared Donald Trump the 47th president of the United States, as he secures 277 electoral votes, surpassing the 270 needed for victory. At Howard University, supporters of Vice President Kamala Harris faced a somber realization that her campaign was likely over, especially after losing crucial swing states like Pennsylvania. Tensions rose among Harris’s supporters as they began to criticize running mate Tim Walz. Trump celebrated his victory in West Palm Beach, Florida, heralding a “Golden Age of America.” House results remain uncertain, but Republicans are projected to take control of the Senate, intensifying Democratic frustrations.

The Associated Press projects Donald Trump will be the 47th President of the United States after it declared Trump the winner in Wisconsin. FOX’s Madison Scarpino has more.

SUMMARY: Deffie Gray provided a traffic update, highlighting several accidents causing major road closures. Notably, at I-35 and Pat Booker, and at 410 and Broadway, where lanes were blocked. The northeast side of town saw significant delays, particularly on I-35, where northbound lanes were shut down. Weather conditions, including icy spots and overnight snow, contributed to the issues, especially on bridges and overpasses. However, conditions were expected to improve with the return of sunshine later in the day. Temperatures were forecast to rise to 40°F, but another hard freeze was expected tonight.
