A comet visible earlier this month returns, becoming observable on the western horizon starting Sunday night for a short period after sunset, with peak brightness anticipated Sunday and Monday. Additionally, a significant coronal mass ejection may allow the Northern Lights to be seen across much of North America tonight, particularly around 7 PM to 1 AM. Areas north of a specific line are likely to see auroras clearly, while southern regions may need cameras for visibility. Ideal weather conditions are forecasted for viewing both events over the coming days.
